This extensive renovation project transformed a historic building in central Piran into a modern boutique hotel. The ground floor features a spacious apartment with a private outdoor area and jacuzzi, offering a peaceful escape. Across three additional floors, we created three fully equipped and functional apartments.

The interior design blends modern minimalism with natural warmth, using wooden furniture and matte black details to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Each space is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, elegance, and a sense of home—inviting guests to return again and again.
